By accessing the Website, booking a Service, or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or our Services.

1. About Us
Raahat Healing is operated by Malini Malhi, offering Reiki, energy work, crystal consultations, tarot guidance, trauma and emotional healing, NLP coaching, and related holistic wellness services, along with reiki-charged crystal products.

2. Nature of Services Not a Medical or Psychological Treatment
Our Services are holistic, complementary, and wellness-oriented in nature (including Reiki, energy work, crystal healing, tarot guidance, and NLP). They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic treatment or advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

  • If you have a pre-existing medical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified medical or mental health professional before booking a session.

  • Our Services are intended to support general wellbeing and should be used alongside, not in place of, any treatment prescribed by a licensed professional.

  • In case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact a licensed doctor, hospital, or emergency helpline immediately do not rely on our Services.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to book Services or purchase Products from us.


4. Bookings and Sessions

  • Sessions can be booked through our online booking system, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

  • Session modes (online/hybrid), durations, and prices as listed on the Website at the time of booking apply, and may be updated by us from time to time without prior notice.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact and health-related information at the time of booking, where relevant, to help us conduct the session safely and effectively.

  • Punctuality: Please join/arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the effective session duration without a corresponding fee adjustment.

  • Rescheduling of sessions, where permitted, is subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Products and Orders

  • Product descriptions, images, and prices on the Website are provided for general information and are subject to change without notice.

  • We make reasonable efforts to display Products (such as crystals and bracelets) accurately; however, natural variations in colour, size, and pattern are inherent to natural stones and do not constitute a defect.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase a Product, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors).

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before ordering.
